Besnik Spahiu was born in Vlora on 1959 . He attended Jordan Misja Hight School in Tirana . Between 1975-1980 he worked as a painter in the artistic enterprise as a desinger in the Dairy Factory .In 1993 he opened his first personal exhibition in Milano where he got the chance to meet the famous Albanian painter, Ibrahim Kodra. He lived in Italy for 18 years until 2012 and now he is focused on his profession in Albania where has managed to open 3 exhibitions in Vlora and has participated in other national exhibitions in Tirana.
