Lina Balla was born on August 18, 1997, Tiranë.
She has completed bachelor's degree in French Translation and Interpretation and is currently pursuing a master's degree in teaching.
From an early age she was involved in painting, mostly pencil drawings and later in 2015 started painting with acrylic.
Lina has participated in several exhibitions organized by the Albanian Red Cross.
