Parlind Perlashi was born in 1971 in Lezhe Albania.
He lives and works in Florence Italy . In Florence Perlashi studied at the Academy of Fine Arts (1998-2000) and subsequently (2000- 2004 ) attended courses in Directing, film and photography at the National School of Independent Cinema. He has participated in several national and international exhibitions of painting , photography and video .
