"QAR" aimed to encourage and create opportunities for people with limited ability to enter the market and generate their income. For this reason, 3 experts from different craft fields were engaged to learn and orient this group of people towards the market of work.

The areas where these workshops were focused were:
- processing of copper into jewellery.
- alloy processing;
- creating jewellery with beads and recycled material.

At the end of this project, we aimed to expand the network for this category of individuals and enable the launch of their final products on the market.

THE FIRST PHASE
At the beginning of this initiative, meetings were held with various organizations, and interviews with people with special needs. Organizations have contributed to this initiative that has been undertaken for these people. Meetings were held to help this initiative with other people who expressed their desire to contribute.

THE SECOND PHASE
In the second phase of this initiative, workshops were organized that brought together people with specific needs where different techniques were presented by craft specialists. They got to know the materials and created their works.

THE THIRD PHASE
After a tireless commitment and dedication for months, this project's journey was completed successfully.
Collaborating with a group of exceptional individuals who devoted themselves to their wonderful craft.
This project would not have been possible without the great contribution and support provided by the Western Balkans Fund (WBF) and the EU Delegation to Albania, who have been present at every step taken to organize activities for fun and learning for young artisans.

A special thanks also go to our mentors, without their help, these handicrafts would not have been realized: Ana Maria Ceko, Rudina Caca and Danjel Kucaj.
